Recognising Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can affect anyone — regardless of age, income, or background. Recognising the early warning signs is the first and most important step toward getting help. Take a moment to consider whether any of the following apply to you or someone you know.

Chasing Losses Betting more money to try to recover what you have already lost is one of the clearest signs of problem gambling.
Neglecting Responsibilities Missing work, studies, or family commitments because of time spent gambling — online or offline — is a serious warning sign.
Borrowing Money to Gamble Using loans, credit, bKash transfers from family, or other borrowed funds specifically to continue gambling is a dangerous financial pattern.
Gambling to Escape Problems Using gaming as a way to cope with stress, anxiety, depression, or personal difficulties rather than for entertainment is a key indicator of harmful gambling behaviour.

Remember: there is absolutely no shame in asking for help. Problem gambling is a recognised condition, and thousands of people in Bangladesh and around the world have overcome it with the right support. The 77r7 team will always treat your concerns with complete confidentiality and compassion.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I set a deposit limit on my 77r7 account?

Log in to your 77r7 account and navigate to the Responsible Gaming section in your account settings. From there you can choose a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. The limit takes effect immediately. If you wish to increase a limit, a 7-day cooling-off period applies before the change is activated.

What is self-exclusion and how do I activate it?

Self-exclusion is a voluntary tool that prevents you from accessing your 77r7 account for a chosen period — 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanently. To activate it, contact our support team via email at [email protected] or use the self-exclusion option in your account settings. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

Can I take a short break without closing my account permanently?

Yes. The Time-Out feature allows you to pause your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out you cannot place bets or make deposits, but you can still log in to withdraw any remaining balance. Contact our support team or use the Responsible Gaming section in settings to activate a time-out.

Is there a minimum age requirement to play at 77r7?

Yes. 77r7 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. We carry out age verification checks on all accounts. Any account found to be registered by a person under 21 will be suspended immediately and all funds held will be reviewed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
